QSET's VIRTUAL USER GROUP MEETING REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration for the user group meetings is open to existing QSET customers and is free. To join a meeting customer's would simply require an internet browser & phone and to have pre-registered for a meeting before the meeting start date.
The overall objective of the program is for our customers to share their experiences to stimulate discussions and ideas, so that everyone may use the experience to learn, discuss and develop to improve upon them.
The overall process involved in registering for and joining a user group meeting is described below.
You may register for the next virtual user group meeting here. Simply fill in the requested information and click on the available "Register" button.
After registering you should receive a "join" email within 24 hrs, which you will use to join the user group meeting. If you do not receive this email, please contact QSET, as this email contains a link which is required to join the user group meeting.
Also contained within the email is a link to perform a system test, which you can also perform from here. We recommend that you perform this system test before joining the meeting. If you are having problems with the system test, do not hesitate to contact the QSET Team on +353 91 709805.
On the appointed date and time, using the join email, (received previously), click on the "join" link to join the virtual user group meeting. Once successfully joined, general meeting information is presented on-screen, including a list of phone numbers and a "Conference PIN Code" which may be used to join the audio section of the meeting.
