QSET's VIRTUAL USER GROUP MEETING SCHEDULE
QSET are delighted to announce our first Virtual User Group meeting program. The overall objectives of the program is for our customers to share their experiences and to stimulate discussions and ideas. Everyone involved can use the experience to learn and also to influence the focus and format of future meetings.
Virtual User Group Meeting Schedule:
Meetings are generally held every six weeks on a Wednesday, at 15:30 BST, (15:30 BST, 10:30 EST, 09:30 CST, 07:30 PST, 16:30 CET), for one hour. The current schedule is as follows:
October 18th, 2006 - "Supplier/Customer/Internal Corrective actions - Accessible from beyond the firewall"
 - Terry Shoemaker, Lucent Technologies.
November 29th, 2006 - "Managing Customer Relations - Customer Complaints, Enquiries and Freedom Of Information"
 - Helen Campbell, Scottish Qualifications Authority.
January 17th, 2007 - "Document Management - including Concessions & Deviations"
 - Francisco Vallejo, MEI Group.
Feburary 28th, 2007 - "Bringing a Quality Management System to the End Users"
 - Kevin Michie, Arjowiggins.
march 28th , 2007 - "QSET Consensia - Updates, New features, suggestions, etc"

The "Latest News" section of our web-site will contain updates on the user group program and links to register for each of the meetings. Customers should also receive email invitations, weeks prior to the meeting date, to register for the meetings. If you are not receiving emails, please contact us.
