QSET's NOVEMBER VIRTUAL USER GROUP MEETING

QSET are delighted to announce the second customer presentation of the Virtual User Group meeting program, "Managing Customer Relations - Customer Complaints, Enquiries, Feedback & Freedom of Information", scheduled for Wednesday, November 29th @ 15:30 - 16:30 BST.

This customer presentation shall be given by Helen Campbell, Scottish Qualifications Authority.

The overall objective of the program is for our customers to share their experiences to stimulate discussions and ideas, so that everyone may use the experience to learn, discuss and develop to improve upon them.
