The QSET Help Desk provides technical telephone support from experienced QSET Technical Support Engineers. To ensure a complete history in relation to technical issues within your company is maintained all requests to the QSET Help Desk should be through your company's trained QSET Administrator(s). These contacts should have had complete training in QSET System Administration from QSET personnel and be aware of your current product version and configuration.
